NSW: Thousands gather to farewell a great man -Sir Roden Cutler
Sir RODEN CUTLER, New South Wales' longest-serving governor, has been farewelled ina state funeral service at Sydney's St Andrew's Cathedral.
It was standing room only inside the cathedral, where dignitaries, family and friendsarrived for the noon service to the peal of the cathedral's bells.
Inside, Sir RODEN's casket lay draped in an Australian flag and adorned with red roses-- his many war medals were displayed in front of the casket.
